Sentry Studios takes pride in its production Cyhi Da Prynce’s “Stutta” and “I’m 100” double music video which accumulated nearly 9 million hits in only two days. Cyhi’s talents were impressive enough to get him signed by non other than Kanye West. Kanye West’s label Good Music is home to rap stars such as Big Sean and Pusha T. Atlanta radio sensation DJ Greg Street was featured in the double video. The video went viral on the main page of World Star Hip Hop. Sentry Studios had recently wrapped filming a performance of Yelawolf and Wu Tang Clan’s Reakwon at the Fillmore in New York City when they heard the news. It was upon return to the hotel room when it was discovered that the video had reached 8.5 million views in a little over 48 hours.
Sentry Studios was excited about the amount of views and even more excited to hear of Cyhi’s signing with West’s label. Sentry takes pride in the production that goes into making music videos, and collaborating with artists on the rise is always an enjoyable experience. High quality rappers such as Cyhi da Prynce deserve the opportunity to display their skills to a wide audience. It is good to see established rappers like Kanye West notice young talent.
